🌿 A Meaningful Project Closing on World Environment Day 🌍♻️

The Turkey mobility, carried out within the scope of the European Union Erasmus+ KA210-SCH project “Nature Interactive Learning,” funded by the Turkish National Agency, concluded with a meaningful closing on World Environment Day.

In this final mobility of the project, the topic of biomimicry, a nature-inspired learning approach, was addressed, and fruitful work was carried out on nature-centered learning experiences, cultural interactions, and sustainable education practices.

During the Turkey mobility, preschool teachers from Italy, Portugal, and Romania participated in biomimicry-based workshops, classroom observations, hands-on learning activities, cultural exchanges, and nature-inspired design projects. From paper basket making to ecoprinting, from pottery workshops to biomimicry fashion shows, from Cappadocia trips to cultural evenings, the impact of nature on learning was explored together through numerous activities. 🌱

This meaningful project, completed on World Environment Day; once again highlighted the importance of sustainability, environmental awareness, international cooperation, and innovative learning approaches. The certificate ceremony held at the end of the mobility program was attended by the Provincial Director of National Education, Mr. Coşkun Esen, the District Director of National Education, Mr. Osman Malkoçoğlu, the Deputy Provincial Director of National Education, Mr. Şemun Akman, and esteemed department heads, adding value to the program.
